Elizabeth Bonilla (“Elly”) works as a paralegal at Ruiz Immigration Law. She assists with preparing and filing family-based immigration cases, as well as applications for humanitarian relief before USCIS. Elly coordinates the scheduling of immigrant visa interviews at U.S. consulates worldwide. She prepares provisional unlawful presence waivers, other inadmissibility waivers, permanent residency applications and naturalization applications.
Elly works closely with clients to gather documents, prepare filings, and ensure deadlines are met. Originally from Honduras, Elly has personal knowledge with the challenges of our country’s immigration system.
